My hair is now damaged. I wasted $95 and I can't even wear this mess out. Im completely embrassed. They need to take those scissors away from Arlene.

Horrible experience for me ANNA not only messed my hair up once but TWICE !!! She did not do what I wanted I have orange hair !!!!!OTHER PEOPLE THERE SEEM TO HAVE IT TOGETHER . Hopefully I can find a place to fix her mistake ���� Very disappointed never ever recommending this place thanks to ANNA.
