Poor Service

On our visit before the last one, our order took 20 minutes to arrive. On our last visit our order took at least 15 minutes, and they only brought out half the order. The manager stated that she would refund our order to our debit card. They then brought out our tator tots, which were burnt and barely edible. Our refund has still not been applied to our debit card. I just called and spoke with a manager and she requested that I call back after the lunch hour because she was busy. Horrible customer service.
