Too busy and too tired, the hair cutter only did a fair job rushing through. she tried to charge me two adult haircuts including shampoo when neither of my kids' hair was washed and one was only 11. She got upset and yelled at me when I did not buy shampoo. The bookkeeper was going to charge me for two adults and I asked for the manager. The manager wanted to know if my 11 year old was with me. I reminded them that when I called and scheduled the haircuts, I had one child and one adult. They still wanted to charge me for two adults. I refused. There was no apologies, very rude, very condescending. They did not get a tip and we will not go back. Try A Cut Above--awesome hair cut, friendly service!
