It is horrible the guy at the desk was extremely rude when I came back to tell him my turtle came sick and when I came back that day and looked at the turtles again one was dead and three were sick with white slimy stuff on them indicating a "fungal infection" the guy swore his turtles weren't sick and tried to blame me when I already have a turtle that's like 5 years old now. Not only that the guy told me I looked so depressed and that my purple hair just made it worse I am so upset and I will never go there again. All I hope is to make my little turtle better by buying him the medication he needs.
