Tonite was my 10th year anniversary,,,i live in Ft.Lauderdale,,,but my Husband decided to hang out with friends in HIALEAH...as a Broward girl,,,i thought Applebees was gonna be the same anywhere...and what a disapointment....this place SUCKS...a busy basketball nite (HEAT Playoff) 1 single bar tender...for the whole restaurant...me and my husband( a Miami Herald Editor) played musical tables....took 4 waitress to finally 1 hr and 14 minutes later to bring us our first drink,,,and 48 minutes for appetizers and Dinner....his dinner was served 22 minutes before my was brough back from the kitchen,,,i defenally will never will not even drive by there...WOW what a sad and poor service....and the Manager,,,a very RUDE and clue less how to be a manager not even apolized for his bad service,,,but thats not all....we normally have DRAFF Beer...this chick took muds from top of counter suck them in water once and then serve the next beer to a customer....seen this make me order a Bottle beer.....NO sanitation pathern...... they either change MANAGER or they should just closed the Restaurant...... very bad nite for my anniversary....again....i will not change FT.Lauderdale for HIALEAH.....
