CLC Auto Transport (it says that DCC is aka CLC) is the worst company ever. No communication during delivery process. Was a week late on delivery. Refused to update on where the vehicle was. Had to call the police in order to let them know I was serious about my vehicle. Be warned not to let them pick up any vehicle for you!

I am not one to usually write negative reviews, however the public should be warned.



I had to put a star, otherwise this company would be at a 0. The driver (Alin) was 11 days late and kept blaming other people. My car came back damaged and he refused to admit that he did it. When I called their insurance agency, they said that since the claim was under the $1000 deductible, it would have to come from DCC directly and since they won't pay the money, I would have to take them to small claims court (mind you, they are in Florida, which is roughly 3,000 miles. Fortunately I had him on tape admitting to it. He then lost the money order I gave him and claimed theft to cover the fact that he lost the money order. I had to go to the police department to show that I had a receipt. The only way I could get them to agree to pay for my window was if I canceled the original money order and then sent them the money, less the amount to fix the window.



The company that contracted DCC has placed sanctions on them with a Do Not Use notice attached.



If you get an order with DCC Auto Transport Inc., I cannot tell stress enough my discouragement to using them.
