This office left such a bitter distaste due to the unprofessionalism of the From desk staff agent. I needed to have medical records sent over from another clinic and the agent told me she would call and take care of it. I waited my turn to see the doctor and he seemed nice , but clearly unprepared for our visit due to the fact that he still didn't have records at hand. He asked me questions about the last date that pap was done and results of pathology that I was unsure the exact terminology for. I explained that his office staff told me she would take care of getting medical records. He asked me to go back to her to expedite my request. I walk back over to her, meanwhile I'm search for the number to the other clinic. I ask her if she called the other clinic and she explained to me that she did. I asked her who she spoke to cause I was calling again right now as we speak and she stayed silent. As I continued with my call, she says to her colleague that she could not deal with people's attitudes. I asked her if she was talking to me or about me and she responded that she was talking to herself!!! Really immature!! Mind you that this woman is not young of age. She is in her thirties , maybe even forties. I responded by stating the she did not need to get defensive and that if she didn't know who she spoke to she could've clearly just responded by saying so. I made contact with the other clinic and they asked me to call them back in 10 minutes.

I walked into the room to wait for the doctor to exam me. He began to take my blood pressure and asked me if I suffer from high blood pressure and I honestly responded that I don't. I usually have normal or low blood pressure, but I was very bothered at that moment because of his front desk agent. I explained to him that he needs to coach her that she deals with the public and needs to understand that we are patients that may have health issues and she should be helpful and compassionate rather than defensive and rude. The doctor honestly didn't really seem like he cared.

i came to this office because I have some bad cells that may potentially turn into cancer if left untreated. Furthermore, I have my mother suffering from stage 4 cancer right now as we speak ( this info was also disclosed to the doctor ) and a person's health is such a delicate thing that can't be placed in the hands of people who aren't caring. I wouldn't recommend this office.
