Last year floors &walls put a wooden brazilian floor in my house worth $12.000 Now the wood comes up because it has no place to go. They didn't leave spaces between floor and wall. They just say it moisture!! This is Florida. I did research and all solid wooden floors need 1/2 inch of space between floor and wall. Mine was put against the wall and now it can't work. One area who is not tide up is still perfect. So I think they made a mistake but don't want to admit it and just say moisture. So I have a floor that looks like waves of the sea!! and they just walk away?? I have BBB on it and will go further if I need to. I will not accept this floor. Had wooden floors all my life but never this.
