I came here for an oil change they told me that they were a little full and that it would take at least 2 hours. That’s understandable except that I only saw 1 car in the garage and the workers were watching TV but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I left my car. About an hour and a half later I receive a call saying that they can’t get my hood open. As soon as I could I rushed over and when I try to open my hood it opens without a problem. All I had to do was press the release lever to unlock it and it opened without a problem. I can’t believe that they work with cars and yet they cannot open the hood of a car. Overall in my experience the workers in this location appear to be lazy and inexperienced and I do not recommend this location to anyone. Coming here was a complete waste of time.
