I work with a referral agency and when I called to speak with someone the first woman who aswered spoke english however she could not understand me for some reason and in clear english she asked huh? and said hold on, then a woman who was clearly hispanic answered and said Hola comesta.. and I speak perfectly good english, Im Italian and Romania,

How can someone run a business in america and hardly speak english? really!!!!!!!
