after my hands stopped bleeding from the several cuts from my nail person (who sits at the front) had given me from cutting cuticle, i had asked for white on white gel french manicure ( which is NOT uncommon, have been doing this for over 5 years now). the polish was dried out and gone bad already and when i mentioned this to him, he got upset and said that this was the only bottle of white gel in the whole salon. i refused the service and asked to remove the base gel that was already applied. then he expected me to pay full price for a french gel manicure in which i stated that i will pay for HALF of the service since it was fair that i didnt get my nails painted. the entire staff looked at me and then i was yelled at by another female manicurist for asking a breakdown prince of my services.after 2 days i come to find out i have a fungus on 2 of my fingers and 1 on my right big toe. extremely rude and apparently they don't sterilize their instruments.

The people in this salon are very friendly and professional. They treat me with respect and always make sure that I was satisfied with the services.Best of the best.

I started come to this salon about a year ago. I always do my acrylics with the guy next to th he counter. One day I decided to try someone else at the salon worst mistake ever. My nails were horrible and detaching from the acrylic. I kept going but only with my usual guy but ine day he was busy and told me to do them with the guy that messed my nails up. I told him no and he got nasty and screamed at me in front of people. Big mistake prick I will NEVER go back to that place. BEWARE only one good nail specialist and hes a prick. Worst place. You idiots lost a good customer. ,
