The worst transportation company ever The owner is a despicable person and their service is horrible

Very poor service, have caused me to miss several appointments lately.
I have asked my HMO. CAC to not book me with this company
Because of so many missed and late appointments

These people are the worst. I work at a doctor's office. They bring the patients 2 hours before their appointment time and pick them up 2 hours after the appointment is over. It is ridiculous, they don't care that there are elderly people waiting for hours. They have a nasty attitude over the phone. We spoke to a manager one time and she said that it was not up to her to arrange the delivery and pick up time. One time a lady was ready to go inside the van and the driver told her that she had to wait for another driver. Are you serious? Is this the way you treat our elderly people.

My driver was speeding on the way to my appointment. The ride was bumpy, I just did not feel safe on the way there. Never again.

I like the honesty of this company and the courteous driver and staff.
