This is the worst place you could try to rent. DO NOT RENT THERE!! The management system is HORRIBLE and the customer service is the worst you could experience starting with LUCY. She is the worst CSR you could find!! They will tell you that they have an open door policy..THAT'S NOT TRUE!!! Once you have a problem they would ignore you completely. There is gang inside the complex and they are vandalizing apartments, cars and the street. It's suppoused to be a gated commuity, but the gate is always open!! Most of the lights don't work at night and the security barely does rounds in the property. And DO NOT TRY TO CALL CORPORATE!!! MARIA one of the "SUPERVISOR" there won't ever answer her phone and she is always in favor of the manager. BESIDES THAT, don't try to say or do ANYTHING because the property manager would make your life a yogurt!! Chances are that your contract won't be renew... SIESTA POINTE is really REALLY BAD!!!
