"Veronica Versari, M.D., is ABIM Board Certified and ABID Board Eligible. At Conviva Palm Springs, she leads a team of compassionate, patient-centered health care professionals dedicated to medical excellence. Dr. Versari performed an Infectious Disease Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY as well as at Mount Sinai Hospital, Cabrini Medical Center. She completed an internal medicine residency at Mt Sinai Hospital Cabrini Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. As an undergraduate, she received a Bachelor of Science (Psychology-Biology major, Spanish and Chemistry minor) at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Dr. Versari has published in medical journals including the article, “Tigecycline: A Comprehensive Review” (IDSA 2009). Dr. Versari has been recognized through the NCQA’s Diabetes Recognition Program (DRP). Clinicians who achieve DRP Recognition show their peers, patients and others in the Diabetes community that they are part of an elite group that is publicly recognized for its skill in providing the highest-level diabetes care. She enjoys singing, skiing, and hiking."
