We had reviewed the website for Enota Mountain Retreat and decided it could make a very relaxing weekend. Upon arriving there, we knew we had picked the perfect spot. The staff was wonderful, the cabin was newly remodeled, the grounds are beautiful with 4 waterfalls on premises and many creeks and streams and the sound of rushing water. We also checked out the RV/Trailing/Tenting area. It was superb, all hookups for RVs and trailers on beautiful paved sites with decks. We explored the property the next day, seen the gardens, played with the farm animals and even ate dinner there. We liked the place so much we have rented a bigger cabin for 8 days in July and can't wait to go back.

My stay at Enota was like pure medicine to my spirit, soul and body. When I came here I was spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically drained from the challenges of a long and stormy year. I was searching for a place of peace and quiet, and behold I found such a place here. The setting is superb for getting back to nature, and experiencing the presence of God, getting in touch with your inner self and enjoying nature. The sound of rolling waterfalls just renewed my spirit and soul.

The Motel rooms we're basic right on the stream with the waterfall in the background, go for the experience of true nature.



I am already making plans to return next year. I recommend this place highly.
