Horrible company. Took monthly rent out twice and wouldn't return my calls. I had to file a complaint through the bank. I can't imagine a more poorly run rental company.

TERRIBLE company to rent from. Nothing but fees on top of fees. We have had very rude service from the property manager. We have had problems with strange men being sent for "maintenance" that had already been taken care of. The property manager came up threatening our family that she would "come after us" and spun out of our drive way, throwing gravel and dirt on our vehicles. We will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this property manager. The owner is extremely rude and prejudice. I was told "I did not sound like a renter they wanted" when I asked for their current long term rentals available. She became short with me when I asked why she was being so rude. "I'm on a 15 minute break and I don't have time for you." Then why did she call me back at that time? The rental contract is a joke. Nothing but fees for the renter. What if the managing company does something wrong? The renter gets nothing. Very bad company to do business with.

Don't do business with these people. Rented from them and when we moved out we the left the place in better shape than when we moved in. Including painting with color that matched the existing. They agreed that all of the items they found were listed on the move in form but kept $75.00 anyway. No explanation. Wanted to do the walk thru with them but they won't do that. Obviously they had no intention of refunding the entire deposit.
