It's nice and quiet for the most part but I can't get help when asked, when I tried to go in to write a check for rent and get a recite they weren't there during office hours and one day I had to call the fire department and the Bali Hai truck was sitting to lots down did the come see if everyone was okay for even pretend to care, nope.

I have lived at Bali Hai for many years now and just found this site so I had to give my 2 cents worth. It is a joy living here, the people are so friendly and helpful if you need a hand. The manager really gives his all in trying to improve the park for all to enjoy. Last year they installed #2 new play grounds and my children love playing there, the staff here is very kind and helpful and really try hard. The park is clean and quite as I enjoy morning walks with my dog. Need a great place to retire well you found it.
