I called Midway outdoor in Aug 2015 to service my snow blower for winter. I was told they were still doing lawn mowers, but the would call me, probably the beginning of Sept. I called again in the middle of Sept 2015 and was told I shouldn't worry. I would get called. Today 11/21/15 I have 9 inches of snow on my driveway and am still waiting for their phone call. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
