I called the owner on a Monday, informing him I needed a person served an important legal document asap. He was gruff, but helpful, and advised I FedEx next day, which I did. He informed me he would call when he got the package. 2 days later and I hadnt heard from him, even though I left a msg on Wednesday asking for a status update. When I still hadnt heard from him by 9pm that evening, I called again and asked if he had recvd the package. He was gruff, said it just came today (?) and I asked if he was able to serve the person, to which he replied he was sleeping, and hung up on me. Needless to say I canceled the check that night.
