Blessed Sacrament Parish is a Christian organization that offers Eucharistic outreach services in the areas of assisted living, hospitals, residential facilities, and nursing and private homes. It operates the Council of Catholic Women, which was founded in 1920 and supports The Seder Meal, Lenten Soup Suppers, The Bazaar, Outreach to Missions and Pregnancy Life Center. Blessed Sacrament Parish maintains BeFrienders, which is a ministry that provides care and training services in the areas of grief, loss, spirituality, listening, confidentiality and communication. The organization has a health ministry that assists individuals through prayer, education and assessment. In addition, Blessed Sacrament Parish operates Assumption Catholic School, which is a Christ-centered partnership between parents and students.
