Great value. I had a hair color emergency and they did a wonderful job in correcting my mess! Fantastic job.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Usually go to a different salon, but for $$ reasons, was willing to give them a try. HUGE mistake! Was so bad that when I DID get in (a chair), I declined any service and ended up leaving. This is after a call to make sure I could get in, waiting for 25 min with 2 ppl ignoring me and even 1 asking the gentleman next to me if HE was waiting. But they never asked me and started to clean for closing. Finally got into the chair and received (saw her face in the mirror) several "rude" looks at my hair as I pulled it out of a ponytail. And was then told that what I wanted could not be done- even thought Ive had it done every other time at other salons- Lesson learned. -Fantastic Sams is best left for men and kids who DO NOT require an actual "stylist"!
