Charged 129.00 and guy came out to hook up service to our brand new house and scratched his head and said he didn't have existing wires from the pole and left never came back too lazy to use his bucket truck and run a line. Customer service was told about the situation and I was assured they were equipped to do the install no fighting to get our funds returned typing this as I have been on hold for 26 mins as of now once again

the guy that just came to hook up my cable was so rude and snobby that i was about to decide that i didnt want cable.
