We have been going to the Sabre Room for Thanksgiving for many years. It is outstanding. The food is great and their Christmas show is perfect to start the Christmas season.

The Sabre Room is a “Best Kept Secret”. Consider the Sabre Room for your next event. If receiving "added value" for the dollars spent and having an eloquent event; with the experience of an upscale hotel is important to you; then the Sabre Room is a venue of interest. I hosted a wedding reception for more than 550 guests in the large spacious ballroom. I greatly appreciated the courteous wait staff and the “attention to the details” of the sales staff to fulfill all logistical requests. The entrée prices were affordable and the food was delicious and served hot. Hot food is important because it speaks to the organization and delivery/timing of the kitchen staff. Special thanks to the Sabre Room’s Leadership (Janice, Yvonne, Art, & Rudy), in helping to make our wedding day a great success.Dr. E. Miller-Stewart

THIS PALCE IS DIRTY NEEDS TO CLEANED UP THEY HAVE JUNK EVERY WARE . AND THE STAFF IS VERY POOR

The management staff was very nice.She had an outside wedding. I really liked the seperate entrance. It made it feel like it was all about them and thier day. June 14,2009.

I had a bad experience with them, they lied about the some of the changes that I could make. I paid a deposit of $500, I understood that it was non-refundable (no matter what!) but they could have worked something out because I lost my job and could pay for a wedding anymore. The management staff was very argumentative with me. I would never recommend this dump!

I was at a Mardi Gras Masquerade Feb.20,2009 at the Saber Room ###The food was out of this world. The New Orleans chicken was out standing and the Chicken ###gumbo was also good. A great party atmosphere.It was a very clean place.###The service was also good. The staff was very friendly , I would tell my friends to go###there in a heart beat. We can't forget the dessert it was home made ###Banana Fosters.

We've been here for several weddings, & I don't know if I'll ever go to one again.. we saw roaches!! The place haasn't been cleaned, especially the carpet, in years!! Food is ok, service could be better...
