The first person I met was a man who was really nice and kind. I never had a problem with the office staff but I didn't go there but three times. The intake person in the office was sympathetic. But the counselor herself was not helpful and was not a good fit. And she called me "sweetie" which honestly made me feel creepy for some reason. Maybe it was because she seemed so bored when I talked to her? And so calling me sweetie seemed a bit disingenuous as well as overly saccharine. She also called me her "ten o'clock" to my face twice! That really made me feel like just a number to her. When I asked her supervisor for another counselor (citing all the above reasons), she actually said "I'm sorry you feel that way!" The facility had stairs which did not help my bad knees. But at least the staff would walk me to the elevator. It wasn't the worst medical office I've ever been to, nevertheless, it left a bad taste in my mouth at an already very difficult time in my life.

I've been a patient here for months and they mess up my appointments almost every time I go. They forgot my file, confused me with another patient, and when I got there the last 2 times, my therapist quit working there and they didn't bother to call and tell me. They're so unorganized that it makes my head spin. Your better off paying extra for private mental health care rather than bothering going here. I'm about done. The doctors act like they could care less and the receptionist are rude. Just a fair warning.

They're mean and don't take a persons needs into consideration all they want is there money. Turned me away because I didn't have $26 for a co-pay for my insurance. They said it was discussed with me. I didn't make the appointment my sister did, but they didn't care. They don't care about my mental health whether or not if I go of the deep end. Still trying to find a doctor. Anyone has any leads please let me know.
