Mr Eisenhower and his son Jason are two truly professional clock repair men. They took special care of my 60-year-old clock along with my sisters 60-year-old Glock and repaired and did both of them in a timely fashion and with uttermost care we will be forever grateful

Omg where do I start,hes the sweetest ever,like a big ole teddy bear,his work is awesome,he fixed my broken 50 year old koo-koo clock,i'm overly please with both him and his work!!!I totally recomend him,he knows his clocks.he takes special care of your clock and won't stop till its perfect.just totally love this guy and you will too.

The Klock Doc in Taylorsville has been helping me keep my grandfathers clock in tip top shape since I moved to NC from NY back in 1997. William is the kindest, most sincere and honest person one could meet. His expertise with clocks is truly amazing. To find a clock repair shop these days is not an easy task. I am so happy I found William and now his son to keep me on time. William has rebuilt my grandfathers clock and my ships clock both with great mileage on them. They both now run with the precision of the nations Atomic Clock, ( as long as I don't forget to wind them). I highly recommend the Klock Doc and his family to take care of time for you.

found an old clock that I knew nothing about. I contacted Mr. Icenhour, who immediately responded. He gave me transportation and cleaning instructions. After I took my clock to him for repair, he called and texted often with updates, documenting the whole repair process. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered me education on the clock maker and its origins. It turned out that I had found a somewhat rare clock. He was quick to let me know that this would be a longer repair process. He honored his quote. He was honest about the clocks value, which he could have easily lied to me about and I would have never known. Having Mr. Icenhour work on your piece will be a delight for you and his work is incomparable. He is thorough, personable, and most of all, honest. He is a rare find and I hope he continues to work on my clock for years to come. His son Jason is following in his footsteps and is also kind, offering education on how to clean and care for my clock. These men are absolutely the best. I wish I could offer more than 5 stars!

Mr. Isenhour is one of the most generous, honorable and talented repair persons I have ever dealt with. My old clocks mean the world to me. I have watched and listened to them since early childhood. Both became almost unfixable to my great disappointment. Repairs from other clock repair persons held for only short peroids of time. I resigned myself that now I could only look at them. Mr. Isenhour, after many visits and persistence has has brought my treasures back to life! I am so grateful!

We had taken our grandfather clock to another repair man 4 different times at considerable cost.The man finally said he couldn't fix it . Called Mr Eisenhower he said he could fix it was a great guy and very knowledgeable about clocks and did a great job repairing ours. Would recommend him highly.
