I traded my gun in on 2 new guns they had because I couldn't afford to buy them straight out. the offer they gave me for mine was insulting but I done it because I really wanted the two guns they had. I know a business is in business to make money. I understand that. I expected them to mark it up $ 80 to $100. But to sell it for double what they give me for mine was a slap in the face. These guys are crooks & I will never do business with them again and that's a shame because they have a great selection of guns & their prices are cheaper than most. I will gladly pay more somewhere else for the next gun I plan on buying.

Very rude on the phone. Called at one point and asked if they had a itea. Saud they did and they was with a customer so I asked if I could call back they said yes. So I waited and called back. Now all they'll do is hang up on my. Really pore customer service skills

Last week i tried to find a hard to find .45acp foothills was the only one within a 100 mile radius to have one. very pleased with the knowlegdable service. will be going back. Also had a great inventory compared to most other gunshops. Shelves were well stocked and very neat.
