Worst experience ever. It's a bunch of Jerks that work there! One item that I pawned there had been taken out of its case and messed with. These Jerks are incredibly rude and condescending! We needed a little help with a power bill and these Jerks ooze judgment.

Do not pawn here used a few years ago and they took my ps3 home and used it.came to get it out of pawn it wasn't there he left it at his house had to wait a week to get it back

Purchased a used tec9 and was told when I asked if it had been cleaned, "yes". And i have now got it home and was just admiring the gun itself when I saw some debris located on the slide. I first thought no big deal probably just some dust. So I decided it would be a good idea to take the gun apart and clean it before I go shoot the next day. Well after reading the manual and five minutes later I had figured out how to disassemble it. I take the first pin out and was able to pull the barrel and top cover off and immediately saw a line of the nastiest grime I have ever seen. It was down the full length of the gun and caked on where the metal meets the handle and bottom assembly. Everything is completely filthy not to mention just disgusting looking grime. I can't even fathom how many rounds of cheap ammo someone would have to put through to get this caked on grime. I can't believe this store wouldn't clean the stuff they get from people, not to mention selling the same stuff and claiming everything is working and has been cleaned and ready to shoot. This gun was alot of things but clean and ready to shoot sure wasn't one of them. I'm extremely upset about how they just flat out deceived and lied straight to my face with a smile. This makes me sick. I'm going back first thing in the morning and demand my money back for this so called clean gun. I've pawned guns with them several times and expected to get ripped off on the 24 % interest rate but to be lied to isn't going to work. Please do not feed these crooks any more of our hard earned money.

I had a ring I wanted to sell and had recently had it appraised. I know from experience that appraisals are way over valued and they offered me a fair amount. I was very happy with their customer service, so I have been back and bought other pieces of jewelry from them.

This place is a life saver. Went in today and they helped me out when no other pawn shop would. Thanks for helping a VET.

I went in to sell a diamond solitaire ring. I had just had the ring appraised for $350. Their best offer was $75!!!!Drove less than a mile down Springs Rd and sold it for $250.

I should have called first, but being impulsive I drove all the way there from Valdese just to find that they were closed.

Not a typical pawn shop. As clean and professional as any store that you can find in a mall. Great prices and willing to work with a customer for a good outcome for both parties.

I have bought several things from this pawn shop and I have been very satisfied.Great service and product quality.
