Owner is not clear about puppies and vaccination requirements. She has her own set of rules. Does not follow veterinary medicine recommendations. Very argumentative. I would not recommend based on my several interactions. It was a total waste of my time.

The only place in this area that I would leave my dogs. I tried others and my dogs were sick when I picked them up. My dogs love Lynwood and they are in just as good a shape and health as when I drop them off.

Look elsewhere..they have 24/7 webcams, but broke & have been for over 2 months..promised they would be fixed by the time we left our dog..not true. Had a sign above the desk that read: "Will be happy to accomodate after hrs pick-up for a fee." This was not honored, even though we were only arriving 30 min. after the pick-up cut-off time. This did not make sense to me..looks as though they post a sign they pick & choose when they honor it..they would not even let us pick her up the next day when they came in to feed the animals because it was July 4th..it would only have taken a minute to get her..I had to inconvenience my brother-in-law to get her by closing time on the 3rd because of this..I even paid them up-front..will look elsewhere in the future. I only give it a 2 because there was 1 young lady who I talked with all week that did an awesome job with her..if not for her, I would've not even give it that. I say shop around..I've learned since then, from dog-park friends, there are better ones in the area..
