My husband and I purchased a Wolf range and Sub Zero refrigerator about four years ago from Queen City Appliances in Charlotte. After having problems with a burner on the stove and a problem with the icemaker in the fridge, we called the store to ask for a recommendation for a local servicer. They gave us the number for Mr. Appliance and said they would take good care of us. What a great recommendation! The service technician was friendly and knowledgable and efficient. We also had a Whirlpool refrigerator in the basement that was not getting cold enough, and he fixed that too. He offered us an Advantage Plan membership where for 5 years we get 20% off all repairs by Mr. Appliance at our home and at our 2 rental properties. With that plan, we also get 20% off from Mr. Rooter plumbing, Glass Doctor glass repairs, Mr. Electric electricians, and a couple other companies I can't remember now. For $125, that was a really great deal that will be well worth the price of the membership. This is a first-class operation.

Mr. Appliance has the nicest staff and repair people! I had heard about the way they put on booties before they come in your home, and how they wear uniforms and can swipe credit cards on a handheld device. When my Wolf stove broke down, I had to see for myself. I called them and the nicest lady at the office said she would make sure I got taken care of the very same afternoon. Josh, the repair technician, was friendly and explained the problem with my stove in a simple way that I could understand. He quoted me a reasonable price, and after I approved the quote, he got the part I needed right out of his van and fixed my stove. I gave him my credit card and signed on his mobile device, and he printed me out a receipt that also guaranteed his work and the new part. I will NEVER call anyone but Mr. Appliance in the future when I have a problem with an appliance and I highly recommend them to others!
