Best to schedule an apmt, but not necessary. They are under new management and things have gotten a lot better. They offer a rd hazzard warranty that's comoletely worth it if you're planning on going out of town at any time, because you can go to any of there locations or partner lications and have it honored. They offer really top of the line tires at competitive prices. These guys were really nice and knew what they were doing. People complain in other revuews because if the wait. But I'd rather have my car worked on well, then have some idiot rush. I had a quick tire chamge once somewhere else and 3 days later my tire blew an hour from home because they put it on wrong. Take the time to have it done right and have them check your car out for other stuff. They do it for free. At least I know my car is safe now and I can take my kids to the beach this summer without worry. Def recommend.

Can't recoment this place to anyone. A day after I got new tires put in one of my tires kept going flat. Took it back there and there was a crack in one of my wheels. They said it was probably there before I had the new tires put in. And that I can't prove they cracked the wheel. Now 5 months later after getting the wheel welded the crack has gotten bigger and I have to replace the wheel. I look at the other rear wheel that has a sticker left on it and realize they have put the wrong tire on the wrong wheel. And put the front wheel on the rear. My suv has different size wheels/tire for front and rear. Thanks NTB for getting this all wrong. The wheel will cost me $300 and I had spent $150 to weld it.

I had an "oil change" done recently, only they drained the oil but didn't replace it, nor did they change the filter. My car was stranded on the side of the road a few weeks later and now needs a new engine. Their reply? You can't prove it and your car had a Napa oil filter in it like we use. Hello? A million shops across America use the same oil filter. My car has been inspected and shows no oil leaks but they claim I must have burned all my oil out in 1k miles. The dealership plainly says it's NTB's fault. Come on! We all make mistakes but do the honest thing and admit to it! You didn't do your job and messed up my car so fix it!!
