Very dissatisfied! Paid for interior clean, they didn't even wipe down anything, and total missed cleaning the windows. When they called to see if I was happy with the job, informed her, not at all. She said she would tell the owner, never heard back.

Well a 1 is too good. Dropped it off Sunday at 4 while 2 men was working, picked it up Monday at 5. It was a mess! Things were missing and broke. So Tuesday I took it back they had it another 5 hours, still did not do even the things I pointed out. I wanted my stuff back and the light fixed and trunk was broken and pin strip was off from pressure washer. Not to mention the ashtray gone. Out of everything they was suppose to DETAILED the WINDOWS NEVER GOT A LICK OR A PROMISE.. I called them 17 times in 5 days. They never called me. I took it again today to have the light repaired. A switch they broke... It took 2 hours. So un happy. They all talk real sweet but now I just want my money back. It's been stressful and I had to get 4 rides up there. So inconvenient!!! Never heard I'm sorry. My BF is a police officer and had me video 2 of the 4 visits. He wants me to press charges for distressed and inconvenience. I just want my money back and wash my hand of it all.
SO YEAH A ONE STAR IS TO HIGH... GONNA BET THIS IS TAKEN DOWN AS WELL SO I WILL SCREEN SHOT IT FOR MY CASE.
Good news the owner is suppose to call me lets hope he see this a mess too. So I can get my money back and move on. Single mom of 3 taken advantage of. From Allen the manager. Who I hope learns his lesson, maybe his manager will give him another chance.

Not a good place to work he doesn't let you have but 1 30min. brake in 10 hours in a day and when you get your paycheck it's not what you agree on getting paid for the hours you have worked he cusses will relate to women and does not have no respect for people I would not suggest taking your car there vehicle because it is not cleaned properly I know cuz I did the full detail it's a half-ass job
