The owners and upper management, have ignored warranty issues which could result in serious bodily injury if not repaired. They stand firm on their projected religious belief that are inconsistent with what the prudent person would consider honest or reasonable. They have taken components from NEW vehicles and exchanged those components for faulty components from our used vehicle. This is not a good business practice and is in this case, not safe for the new owners.

2013 Has been consumed by issues with Paramount Hyundai that were and remain unnecessary, dishonest (in my opinion) and unprofessional. The initial sales process was, to say the least, painful. Personally, I buy new cars at least 2 per year and have for many years. This experience was the most absurd that I have ever experienced. The salesperson based the reputation of his company and its owner(s) on their religious faith. Then, in my opinion, move swiftly to display many acts, contrary to the faith of which they boasted.

My wife was purchasing the automobile and we announced that financing was prearranged before the salesperson began to speak. Eventually, we agreed to allow them to finance the vehicle in my wife's name (only) and to secure financing without support from either my income or credit rating. Without my permission, they performed a "shotgun" attempt at financing using my credit history. 11 Credit inquiries were performed WITHOUT my permission and without any information being provided to them.

The vehicle, 2013 Santa Fe Sport, contains a radio that included CD, XM and navigation as well as FM/AM. The CD randomly ejects CD's while playing, without being prompted to do so. This problem, while random, is consistently random and persisted for 5 months after they were notified. Since the dealer said that they could not "Duplicate the problem" they could not repair it. After persistence from my wife, experimenting with multiple CD's (new and old), the dealer stated, in writing, that they replaced the entire radio unit. However, the XM ID number remained the same, XM confirmed that the radio had not been replaced and Hyundai Corporate confirms that the radio had not bee replaced, while the employees at Paramount, including the owner, Benny Yount, consistently say otherwise. To remedy the problem, as a result of us presenting documentation that shows the radio had not been replaced, they have now actually replaced the radio with one from a new vehicle on their lot, that is for sale. Basically, in my opinion, leaving the problem for the NEXT customer.

There are many more details but this conduct is not consistent with the faith that they "Say" that they adhere to, and in fact, is not consistent with what a reasonable person would consider to simply be "right"
