I had the most amazing experience at the store with JOSH COSTELLA after spending two hours on the phone with corporate Verizon customer service. After no luck, I drove to the nearest Verizon store in a panic. My daughter's cell phone stopped working when she was driving in a rural area resulting in her losing her GPS and ability to call out or receive calls. She was able to text only. I was frantic and JOSH listened, was calm and committed to fixing the problem and tried a variety of fixes. He even offered to text her complete directions from where she was located to her destination so she would not get lost. Above and beyond service! Josh tried a variety of fixes, and was persistent and kept digging until he discovered a solution. What a great employee, and what a gift to our family on that day! Thank you Verizon for Josh!
