they suck they are rude and very inconsiderate on the phone. I never found out the information that i needed cause i keep getting hung up on or never returned back to the phone and if they did then they just transfered me to another department until i finally just gave up on it all together and called another walmart for help.

I have been looking for a specific item. Only 'some' Walmart's carry the item in store. It was a nightmare trying to get someone who could,or knew how, or who would take the time to punch the item up to tell me where I could find the item closest to me. EVERY!!!!! Walmart I called transferred me at least 3 times. Everyone had an excuse. Uh, should not even be allowed in a Walmart vocabulary.

this store is my favorite place to shop because it has everything you need.
