Order was wrong again!

Our family drives though Wendys every day and 50% of the time they get our order incorrect. Even with the service problems, it is our favorite fast food restaurant



When I called "John" to let him know my order was wrong again, he was of no help. He didn't seem to understand the inconvenience that it caused us. When we got ready to eat supper--and someone didn't have all their order--again.



"John" told me that I got what I paid for--that may be correct--but I didn't get what I ordered. Wendy's needs to work on their service and their customer satisfaction. John didn't offer any apology for their error. The manager "Tina" was not available to talk with me.



I just want Wendys to get their orders correct and to treat their customers with respect. We spend a lot of money at their restaurant.
