Over the last few years my wife and I purchased a honda scooter, a motorcycle for my wife and most recently a 2014 goldwing for myself. I have dealt with the sales staff as well as deal with Steve for my routine business and never have I had a bad experience. I find Steve to be straight forward, no nonsense individual who does right by his customers. On many occasions I have wanted to add certain accessories to my bike and he straight forward told me to save my money and not make the purchase. I have seen some reviews that have been less than kind but being in the customer service business I know you can't always satisfy everyone. The old story that the customer is Always right. Well let me tell you that is not always the truth. So do your research, get your best price and then bring all the honest facts to Champion and I am sure you will get a fair deal with plenty of support should you need it after the purchase.

Bought my bike here because it was local. big mistake salesperson was a liar

owner looks for ANY excuse no to do warranty work . At this dealership the customer is not aloud to speak with the person doing the sevice on your bike. All in all a bad place to do business.

I purchased an HJC model CL-SP full face helmut in wine color the other day. When I spoke with the sale person he assured me their prices were competitive. Well the truth of the matter is their prices are not even close to being competitive. Of course I should have done my homework prior to shopping but I always believe in supporting local businesses. The price I paid for this helmut was $249.99. Much to my surprise upon looking on the internet at other dealers I was very upset when I found the list price showing by a company called Leatherup.com showing the list price as $169.99 and their actual selling price was $152.99 + &.95 ups shipping. Guaranteed in stock for delivery within 3 days.



When I returned to the store I was told there was nothing they could do and the sale was final. Of course the moral of the story is check out the items that you are about to purchase and Never to shop at Chanpion Motor Sports Of Hicksville NY
