AVOID THEIR VANS & THE GREEDY/LYING SALES PEOPLE INSIDE THEM:



These trucks/vans come around and try to offer you “deals”. They don’t stand by their warranty/return policy. You’re basically signing a contract when they make you sign their “receipt” if you purchase their over-priced meat products. If you try to get ahold of Ed (to honor their warranty) he will try to avoid getting back to you within the 2-3 day warranty period; he’ll vaguely state a truck (van) will come to do a return (which never occurs).



If you go to their address listed, it’s a warehouse with multiple frozen food companies. Since it’s considered private property Ed will refuse to honor Best Gourmet’s Return Policy. He cursed at me to get off of his property. He’s a large man, and tried to intimidate me by cursing and yelling. His secretary looked as if to say she was sorry, but Ed is an animal of a business man and treats his customers like crap.



Go to your local butcher or even your supermarket is 100% times better than this manipulative company.
