On June 11 I left my car at Volvo service for repair. They gave me rent car from Hertz for free. So, the guy from Hertz was very polite and told me that the tank (gas) is fully loaded and I have to leave the car with full tank also. This is okay. When I start to drive the tank was not completely full. It was his first lie. On June 12 I filled out the tank in full and left the car at Volvo dealer. I have receipt from the gas station for amount of $8.98. Then a few days later I found a charge on my credit card for amount of $14.22. I contacted the Hertz guy about it and he told me the charge is for the gas. The tank was not full. This is his second lie. He refused my request to give me refund. He is not going to accept my receipt from the gas station and the Volvo dealer confirmed that the tank was full of gas when I left the car. So, please, do not use this location for rent car or make sure you checked the gas level with Hertz gay together at time of pick up and drop off.
