If I could give negative stars I would! I grew up working there and how they run it now is ridiculous. Tonight I waited in drive thru for 20 min. Finally got my food get home and find that all 3 of our large fries were still raw and floppy. I tried calling to complain 6 times so far but no one will answer. I say shut down if u cant freaking run right I miss hardees!

They made my big mac incorrectly buns in wrong place and it wasn't warm took it up to be replaced and the manager informed me she didn't send it out that way she couldn't possibly make mistakes and employees on break in dining room no shoes on feet

This is my third or forth time to receive a sweet tea for an unsweet tea. The other times the container was different and asked and they gave me the correct tea. This time right container for unsweet but got home to recover it was sweet tea.
Will ask them about it the next time there to see if they make it good or not will let you know
