this is an awesome facility i have seen changes in my daughter in a month that i havent seen in a year at first i was afraid to send her a little over 3 hours away but im glad i didnt let my fears stop me we decided to keep her there because she is thriving and i have my old baby back shes happy and loved they are assisting with transportation so i can still see my baby because of my health i cant make the drive i think the difference is the staff make her feel like family and not like a client she is so love there i no longer have to wake up in the morning and thing omg i better call and check on kayla bc i know shes ok they would call me if she wasnt they listen to me and my suggestions and they dont mind that im a paranoid momma they understand this is the first time in over a year that i havent had to be on the phone with her case manager to fix issues at kaylas old facility on pretty much a daily basis i have had to fix NOTHING AND THAT TO ME IS AMAZING i dont like the distance but the care for kayla by far out ways that issue im so glad i met terri marr and im very comfortable with my decision to leave my baby in the very capable caring hands of the entire PAL TEAM i just wish i would have met them a year and a half ago so i wouldnt have been so afraid to give them a fair shot but they are a truly amazing team and family there
