I called them to remove overgrown ivy from my chimney a few weeks ago. The ivy was removed, but about 5 feet of the top of my chimney was also torn down in the process as well as sections of the soffit torn out. I have called them almost every day to find out what they plan to do about it & can not even get them to call me back!! Would definitely NOT recommend!!!! Now it looks like I will need to hire a mason to repair it & then take them to court for it. I really thought they would do the right thing.... ZERO STARS!!!
