This place is absolutely horrible. I placed my order several weeks in advance and never received a proof for the trophies. Within three weeks of the award ceremony, I called and emailed the store several times with no response. Finally, with five days until the award ceremony, I was able to get through. The associate was unable to locate my order in the computer or the warehouse. Keep in mind that I had paid when I placed my online order and the payment had been drafted from my account weeks prior. She told me that the problem was that I ordered online and that she couldn’t advise what to do next. She stated that she didn’t know where online orders went and told me to call back on Wednesday...two days before my award ceremony. I have yet to receive the trophies or have my money returned. I will be following up with the better business bureau.
