I rented from them for 2 years. They were professional and it something needed to be done, sometimes it did take a couple of weeks but they got it fixed. We had a problem with thr kitchen exhaust and they were nice enough to put in a new unit. I house I rented was bug free, newly painted and clean. However, they don't have an online payment so you do have to go to the office but the service is good and will definitely recommend.
