I had a spinal tap scheduled for 8:30 am. Kirby was up late for work—even mentioned she was late for work. How professional!



The woman is completely incompetent. She went through 2 lumbar puncture kits without being able to obtain any spinal fluid. I stopped the procedure when Kirby told the nurse to get the third kit. Due to Kirby’s incompetence, my pain level was a 10 on a scale to 10. Four days later and I am still in pain.



Kirby had no clue what she was doing—she was just blindly jabbing the needle into what she thought were good places to try. Her nurse was a nasty biddy when I told her that Tylenol was not going to help decrease my level of pain. I had to go to the ER to get a prescription for pain medication. I eventually had a Lumbar Puncture under Fluoroscopy (at another office) which was 100 times better.



Stay away from Kirby—she is an amateur and needs to go back to med school to train on cadavers.
