If your mower needs repair I suggest you find a more knowledgable service center. I brought my mower that is less than a year old to these folks twice due to a defective transaxle. They kept the mower for a week and finally called to say they couldn't find a problem and to operate it til it fell apart. Due to them being lazy and not wanting to perform the services they advertise, I was forced to contact Bad Boy Headquarters to get them to replace the defective transaxle. I left the mower in there care with a quarter tank of fuel which they ran out mowing there property and when I returned to pick-up the mower they charged me $10 in fuel. These people are dishonest, lazy, ignorant of the services they provide and down right cheap. Upon leaving the snotty old woman behind the counter popped off in her arrogant tone that we aren't cheap and I had the nerve to drop off a mower with no fuel and the mower had nothing wrong with it. She doesn't even work on the mowers. Warning steer clear of these quacks!!!
