This company was pretty bad when it was ran by Bob Fowler, and it is probably even worse now, that it is being run by Amy Hedgecock. As others mentioned they are rude (for lack of better words), and most unprofessional. It is also true, that once they get your money, you only hear from them when it is time to collect more. Other than that, their assistance is literally non existent. Too busy running their Facebook page, I guess.... Editing this review to note that Fowler and Fowler removed this same review from their Facebook page within 48 hours of posting, and within the same time period a 5 star review had appeared instead.....

NEVER EVER EVER NEVER WILL I RENT A PROPERTY FROM THEM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY DON'T RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS. IT TAKES THEM MONTHS TO ANSWER TO MAINTENANCE ISSUES. THEY ARE VERY RUDE. PLAIN AND SIMPLE, THEY ARE SLUM LORDS. THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ISSUES. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!! THIS APARTMENT IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

Awful! When we first moved in, the fridge nor a/c worked. The roof would leak every time it would rain. When the water heater broke it took 8 months to fix, meanwhile we had rust in our water. The brick wall in the bedroom had bedbugs coming out the holes. No washer dryer hookups, no laundry area, no dishwasher, only one outlet in the kitchen worked. The oven is from the 1970's and takes an hour to pre-heat, took them a month to fix it. The cabinet in the kitchen would fall apart. The A/C and Heat is so loud you can barley hear yourself think and expect to be woken up in the middle of the night by loud neighbors at least 3 times a weeks. Its cheap but trust me, you pay $400 a month and you are getting less than that. Dont waste your time and money!!! Fowler and fowler are nothing but slum lords!!!!
