I have been a client of Michelle for several years. I have been treated as if I am a part of the family - not a customer. When I was facing heart surgery and happened to stop in and mentioned it to Michelle, she reacted as if I was her brother having surgery. She followed up with a card to see how I was doing. Through the years, as I run into a difficulty or a question, I have learned that you are not a bother when you stop by. I rate the group a 6.5 out of 5. I like them so much, I even take them goodies now and then - and they have never refused them yet! You will not regret going to High Point Audio- logical.
