Not happy with level of communication. Does not answer specific questions asked in e-mail. Too pricey for labor. Wanted $350.00 for labor on a project that should not take a days worth of time by one worker. Then when I wanted a fabric backing for a older used leather couch instead of a $400.00 hide of leather. Communication stopped. Their customers may be number one but their potential customers are not. They seem only interested in excessive profits. This shopper is going elsewhere.

Just had R & B come out to our home to look at our sectional sofa that we want re upholstered.

Extremely friendly folks and took their time going through samples and ideas. They were very knowledgeable on the fabric samples . Do to the fact we have a boxer dog we needed a fabric that is extremely durable.They were here for approximately 2 hours and left with our couch. They even brought up a sofa and love seat that was in our basement and placed it in our living room while our living room couch is have it's face lift.

I will let you know the final results when we get our sofa back which will be in a few weeks or so.
