I have an African Grey for 20 years. She is very healthy and happy even though I found out she is blind in one eye. I took her to Dr Spindel in Clemmons. I've been involved with parrots for over 40 years. I worked for quite awhile at an Exotic Bird store for a long time in Calif. I learned a lot there, including how breeding here is so very wrong!!! I'm interested in getting another bird, I already have a nice exlarge cage that is fairly new. I am a little concerned about my Grey getting jealous but at the same time, I know that she would love the noise. I want to adopt a Cockatoo, I had one a long time ago and miss him very much.
