I go to Southside Hardware every chance I get. I much prefer their hometown service to going to a big hardware store. Everytime I walk in I am greeted by an employee who asks he can help me with. Yesterday I decided to go to buy my husband a Stihl weedeater. They helped me pick one out, it was already assembled, and they filled it with gas and had it ready to go when I got off work that afternoon. Their friendly service deserves 5 stars.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Took a piece of glass in there to have two pieces cut. They broke mine and told me I brought it in broken. They then REFUSED to accept responsibility of their actions. Absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, hateful, condescending people I have EVER met. I would rather deal with my ex than these so called people. Do yourself a favor and bypass this horrid place and staff.
